1. Booking Confirmation
Your appointment or service is confirmed only after successful payment through our authorized payment gateway or other approved payment methods.
By completing your booking, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Refund Policy
Our services are personalized and time-based. Once an appointment or service has been booked, the scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you.
Therefore, all payments made for consultations, counseling sessions, tarot readings, healing sessions, workshops, training programs, and other services are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Missed appointments or no-shows
- Late arrival resulting in reduced session time
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or desired outcomes
- Partial use of a booked service
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may request to reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests are subject to appointment availability and approval by Me Rah Ki Raw.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.
4. Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund, credit, or replacement session will be provided.
5. Cancellation by Me Rah Ki Raw
If Me Rah Ki Raw is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the amount paid may be issued.
6. Workshops, Training & Digital Services
Payments made for workshops, training programs, online classes, downloadable resources, or digital content are non-refundable once access has been provided or the program has commenced.
7. Payment Processing
Payments for our services are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateway providers.
We do not store your complete debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI payment credentials on our website. Payment information is securely handled by the respective payment gateway in accordance with their security and privacy standards.
