Emergency responders, healthcare teams, organisational workforces, or any group that has collectively experienced a critical or traumatic incident.
03
Key benefits
Normalisation of acute stress responses, emotional processing in a safe group setting, reduced risk of long-term trauma, and restoration of team functioning.
04
Core approach
Evidence-based Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) group debriefing protocols, delivered by a trained facilitator within ethical group boundaries.
What to Expect
Sessions follow a structured CISM protocol: introduction, fact, thought, reaction, symptom, teaching, and re-entry phases. Conducted in a confidential group setting, typically 2–3 hours. Available in person (preferred) or online. Always arranged in coordination with organisational leadership. Referral pathways are shared at session close.
